It’s hard to ignore the views in this apartment above Downtown Brooklyn’s ever-evolving urban topography. The towering developments that spring up along the sprawling cityscape can be both inspiring and intimidating. For this young couple, the challenge was to augment those impressive views with cozy sophistication. We layered texture with an injection of youthful color to curate an oasis of warmth and comfort amidst a sea of steel and glass. Accent lighting diffused by amber colored glass, lacquered copper, and polished onyx ensures that the warm glow persists long after golden hour.
